Chatmohar Shahi Mosque

Chatmohar Shahi Mosque is an ancient mosque in Bangladesh. It is located about 200 yards away from Chatmohar upazila. It is an archeological site of Bengal. At one point the mosque was reduced to rubble. It was completed by the Bangladesh Department of Archeology in the 1980s. It is currently a preserved building. The mosque had a Persian inscription engraved in a Tughra script. At present, the inscription is preserved in the Rajshahi Barind Research Museum.
How To Go
Chatmohar Shahi Mosque is located in the center of Chatmohar Upazila, about 34-35 km from Pabna city. The place can be reached in 1.50-2.00 hours by adding CNG / own transport.
